You must be at least 18 years old to use Yusa. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Yusa is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your login information.

Subscription

Yusa offers a subscription plan at $12/month, billed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

AI-Generated Content

All text responses and images produced by Yusa are AI-generated. This content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Yusa is not a source of professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. You use AI-generated content at your own discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Yusa to harm, harass, or threaten others
• Generate illegal content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or other technical restrictions

Crisis Disclaimer

Yusa may provide helpline information if it detects signs of distress. However, Yusa is not a mental health service and is not a substitute for professional help. Intellectual Property

The Yusa brand, software, and associated code are the property of Yusa. Your conversation data and locally stored content belong to you.

Service Availability

Yusa is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or uptime. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Yusa is not liable for any actions taken based on AI-generated content, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app or by contacting support@yusa.ai.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Yusa shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Yusa after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
